These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") regulate access to and use of the website www.physiowow.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by PhysioWOW. Access to and use of the Website grants the status of user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in these Terms and Conditions.

Through the Website, PhysioWOW offers: • Information about its physiotherapy services and the possibility of requesting appointments • The sale of equipment and accessories through the online shop • The rental of magnetotherapy and other rehabilitation equipment Physiotherapy services are provided at PhysioWOW's physical clinics and are subject to the particular conditions communicated to the User at the time of the appointment request. The sale and rental of equipment are governed by the conditions in sections 5 and 6.

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and good practices. The User agrees not to use the Website for illegal purposes or purposes harmful to PhysioWOW or third parties. It is expressly prohibited to: • Perform actions that may damage, disable or overload the Website • Introduce computer viruses or perform actions that may alter the system • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Website • Use the Website content for commercial purposes without authorization • Perform reverse engineering or attempt to extract source code

These conditions govern the sale of equipment and accessories through the online shop. • Prices: prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before completing the order. • Purchase process: the sales contract is concluded when the User completes the order, accepts these conditions and receives confirmation of it. • Payment methods: payment is made by card or Bizum through the secure Redsys (CaixaBank) payment gateway. • Availability and delivery: estimated delivery times are indicated during the purchase process. Shipments are made through SEUR or CTT Express. • Invoicing: the User will receive the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase.

These conditions govern the rental of magnetotherapy, cryotherapy and other rehabilitation equipment. The customer accepts them, together with the Returns and Cancellations Policy and the Privacy Policy, by ticking the acceptance box before paying. The date, the accepted version and the technical details of the acceptance are recorded with the order. • Purpose: PhysioWOW grants the renter the temporary use of a piece of equipment in exchange for the rental price, and retains ownership of the equipment at all times. • Formalisation and price: the rental is formalised when these conditions are accepted and the price of the chosen plan, VAT included, is paid. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. No deposit is charged. • Start of the service: by accepting these conditions, the renter expressly requests that the rental start when the equipment is delivered, even if the withdrawal period has not yet ended (see section 7). • Duration and extension: the rental lasts for the plan contracted. Before it ends, the renter may extend it; additional days are charged at the prices published on the Website at that time. • Delivery and inspection: delivery and collection of the equipment are arranged with the renter. On receipt, the renter must check the equipment and report any visible damage, missing components or malfunction within 48 hours so that we can resolve it. This notice does not limit the rights granted to consumers by law. • Use of the equipment: the renter undertakes to use the equipment for personal use, in accordance with its instructions and the guidance provided, to keep it with due care, not to assign or sublet it to third parties, and not to tamper with or repair it themselves. • Contraindications: the equipment must not be used if any of the contraindications listed in its instructions and on its page on the Website apply. In particular: – Magnetotherapy: pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic devices; implanted infusion pumps; unsecured ferromagnetic metal implants; pregnancy; cancer or acute infection in the treatment area. – Cryotherapy: deep vein thrombosis, severe circulatory problems, cold hypersensitivity (cryoglobulinaemia, cold urticaria), unprotected open wounds or impaired sensation in the treatment area. By accepting these conditions, the renter declares that they are not aware of having any of them or that they have consulted a healthcare professional beforehand. • Return: at the end of the rental, the equipment must be returned complete, with its accessories and packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal wear and tear. • Late return: if the equipment is returned after the end date of the rental, each day of delay is charged pro rata to the contracted plan (plan price, excluding shipping, divided by its number of days), until the day the equipment is collected or handed in at the clinic. • Early termination: once the withdrawal period has ended, the renter may end the rental before the agreed date. The price per day of each plan is lower the longer the plan, so the days used are settled at the price per day of the plan corresponding to that actual duration (the longest plan that does not exceed the days used or, if the equipment was used for less time than the shortest plan, the shortest plan) and the difference from the amount paid is refunded. Days used are counted until the equipment is collected. The refund is never negative: ending early never means paying more than what has already been paid. Shipping costs are not refunded once the equipment has been shipped. • Damage, loss or non-return: the renter is liable for damage caused by misuse and for the loss or theft of the equipment during the rental. They must pay the cost of repair or, if the equipment cannot be repaired, is lost or is not returned, its replacement value, which is the current retail price (RRP) of the equipment in the PhysioWOW online shop or, if it is not on sale, that of an equivalent new piece of equipment. Missing accessories or parts are charged at their current RRP. These amounts are notified to the renter with a breakdown and must be paid within 7 calendar days. • PhysioWOW's liability: the equipment is delivered in a safe and working condition, with its instructions for use. PhysioWOW is liable for damage caused by defects in the equipment or in the information provided, in accordance with consumer protection law, but not for damage resulting from use contrary to the instructions or despite any of the listed contraindications. The rental does not constitute medical advice. The User should consult a healthcare professional about the suitability of the treatment in their case.

Users acting as consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, as well as return, warranty and cancellation rights for both purchases and rentals. These rights, their exceptions and the procedure to exercise them are detailed in our Returns and Cancellations Policy, available on the Website.

All Website content, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the property of PhysioWOW or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the content without express authorization from PhysioWOW is prohibited.

PhysioWOW is not responsible for: • The continuity and availability of Website content • The absence of errors in such content or the correction of any defects • The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components • Damage caused by improper use of the Website by Users • The content of third-party websites that may be accessed through links PhysioWOW reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, accessibility to the Website for maintenance, repair or improvement operations.

The Website may contain links to other third-party websites. PhysioWOW does not control or assume any responsibility for the content of these external websites. If any User or a third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the illegal nature of the use of any linked content, they must send a notification to physiowow@gmail.com.

For information on personal data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the Website. PhysioWOW complies with current regulations on personal data protection, particularly with GDPR and LOPDGDD.

PhysioWOW reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and will come into effect from their publication. Users are advised to periodically review these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile. For Users who do not have consumer status, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. Likewise, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, please note that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
