Request data deletion

You can request the deletion of: • Contact data (name, email, phone, address) • Browsing data and cookies • Booking and rental history • Online store account data • Commercial communications and preferences Please note that some data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations: • Clinical data: health legislation requires keeping them for a minimum of 5 years from the last visit • Billing data: tax regulations require keeping them for 6 years

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to physiowow@gmail.com with: • Subject: "Data deletion request" • Your full name • Email associated with your account or service • Copy of your ID document (to verify your identity) • Description of the data you wish to delete You can also send your request by postal mail to: PhysioWOW — Camí de Can Gatxet, 55, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès

Once we receive your request: • We will verify your identity within 48 hours • We will proceed to delete the requested data within a maximum of 30 calendar days • We will confirm the effective deletion of your data by email • If any data cannot be deleted due to legal obligation, we will inform you of the reason and the retention period

Once your data is deleted: • You will not be able to access your online store account (if you had one) • Your preferences and settings will be removed • You will stop receiving any communications from PhysioWOW • If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to register again
